(b) We have no showroom. So, we deliver the product through different querier service.
(c) Delivery will be done through Sundorbon courier service anywhere in the country. However, home delivery is possible in Dhaka as well as authorized places from different querier services.
(d) You must pay 30% of the product price in advance, which is non-refundable and total due amount must be paid before delivery.
(e) There is no scope to cancel after you place an order. Please at first to be 100% sure then request for order. Because we got some esteemed customers who placed order and cancel later. Due to this, now not possible to keep this opportunity.
(f) Think about it, how many dresses will you order? There is no chance of reduced the order after ordering.
(g) When confirming the order, of course need to confirm the color and size of the product. Because later it is not possible to change.

Return Policy:
(a) LADY Clothings always try to provide you with the best quality products, but if for any reason you have received a bad quality product… we would be happy to assist with a return.
(b) If you received an incorrect or defective item, will even return the product if it is a result of our error.
(c) If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
